Regulations of IRDiM System



§ 1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

    >>   The platform is run by IRDiM Editors and has an international reach. Contact by email: office@irdim.net.
    >>   IRDiM operates on the principles set out in these Regulations and the provisions of the Polish law.
    >>   The target language of the platform is Polish and English.
    >>   The Regulations define the scope and type of services (free and paid) provided by IRDiM by electronic means.
    >>   Only the REGISTERED USERS can use the services offered on the service platform.
    >>   Users use the IRDiM platform services at their own risk and responsibility.
    >>   It is recommended that you have an Internet connection with a minimum transfer rate of 1024/256 kbps.
    >>   Information and services posted on the IRDiM platform do not constitute an offer within the meaning of art. 66 1 KC. Those who register on the site submit an IRDiM editorial offer under the terms set out in the platform and this regulation.
    >>   Responsibility for content and substantive quality contained in the IRDiM database is borne exclusively by its authors.
    >>   Users making a registration commit to apply the provisions of these rules.

§ 2. REGISTRATION

    >>   Registration to the IRDiM platform is FREE and the user is given the opportunity to log on indefinitely.
    >>   All access charges are explicitly stated at the time of subscribing to selected services.
    >>   During registration all required form fields should be completed and true.
    >>   It is not permissible to register twice the same person or make a subscription by third parties.
    >>   Identifying a term commonly regarded as vulgar, commercial, or intentionally misleading - is strictly forbidden.
    >>   If you have entered the LOGIN and / or PASSWORD already in the database, please change it and try resubmitting the form.
    >>   The person making the registration must agree to the processing of his / her personal data included in the form.
    >>   The IRDiM editor reserves the right to control and verify the correctness of the user identification data contained in the form.
    >>   Confidential data (ie Place of Birth, Date of Birth, Email Address, Status) will not be shared with other users without your consent. Information available to the public is: Name and Surname, Occupation, Affiliation.
    >>   Platform usage notifications will be sent to the email address you provided when registering. You can later change your email address.

§ 3. PERMISSIONS AND COMMITMENT OF USERS

    >>   The owner of the account can only use the owner whose data is given in the registration form.
    >>   You should keep in strict confidence the password and login required to sign in to your account. We recommend changing your password periodically (eg every 30 days).
    >>   You should have computer equipment with any web browser and speakers or headphones, and optionally a microphone or microphone headphones. IRDiM editors are not responsible for inappropriate user equipment configuration.
    >>   Registered users are committed to active participation in research projects implemented through the IRDiM Platform (eg online courses and surveys, comments / opinions).
    >>   Users who subscribe to the IRDiM Scientific Publications Catalog may submit new scientific publications that will be posted after verification by the Editorial Board.
    >>   Users who subscribe to the IRDiM Scientific Publications Catalog can send messages to other participants via the form available on the platform.
    >>   The person posting comments / opinions / comments, he does it on his own responsibility. Users posting their opinions are responsible for any claims by third parties for infringement of their rights.
    >>   Users agree not to transmit any unlawful content using the IRDiM platform.
    >>   Each user is obligated to read the content of these rules and is aware of the subject matter of the IRDiM platform and what kind and scope of services are offered on it.
    >>   It is not permissible for users to use the resources and functionality of the IRDiM platform to engage in activities that would interfere with the interests of the Editor.

§ 4. PAYMENTS

    >>   Administrative costs, maintenance of the server and so on, cause that selected services (eg e-learning courses) are paid, except for promotional periods.
    >>   Payments are made by the user through secure online transactions.
    >>   The access time for a service is determined each time you make a payment.
    >>   The IRDiM editorial board has the right to change the table of charges for individual services, which the users will immediately be informed about.
    >>   For the fee paid IRDiM editor issues an invoice electronically for the data entered during registration.

§ 5. FINAL PROVISIONS

    >>   If you violate any of the provisions of the rules, IRDiM Administrator has the right to change, suspend or delete the account, without giving any reason.
    >>   IRDiM editorial liability is excluded if the user is acting unlawfully and / or has given false information.
    >>   For security reasons IRDiM editors have the right to refuse access to the platform for a selected person without a reason.
    >>   IRDiM editorial reserves the right to choose and change the type, form, time and manner of granting access to the platform and its services, as notified to registered users.
    >>   The IRDiM editorial is entitled to interruptions or disruptions in the provision of services by electronic means and platform availability, mainly during the time of modifications, modifications, maintenance or upgrades, as well as the operation of unexpected circumstances.
    >>   IRDiM editorial reserves the right to close the platform after prior notification to registered users.
    >>   In matters not regulated in these regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code apply; Act on providing electronic services of 18 July 2002 (Journal of Laws No. 144, item 1204, as amended); and other relevant Polish law provisions.
    >>   Changes made in the Terms and Conditions are binding on the user, provided he has been properly informed of the changes and may be aware of them.
